I just want to convey my thanks for being such a fabulous lecturer. Sir I have never seen someone like you who is so perfect in terms of language, diction and that sort of perfection that you add from your side in ur class is phenomenal. I didn't had any interest in law when i have done my foundation. But law is one of my favourite now. Since you have started teaching us i have started building curiosity towards this subject. Hello sir, your classes were the best sir. The way you gave examples for each and every topic so that the topic is clear. The best was the short notes you provided us which are helpful for us to read and write the test with an ease. Face to face classes were very interactive and even the recorded classes were the same . Your suggestions, your motivation will help us to clear our exam with no difficulty. Thank You sir.

I am very much thankful for the way you made us understand, the way we need to understand (or) interpret law. I just want to share few things which I liked in your classes:-

1) Remembering the names of majority of the students is something all faculty don't do. It will increase the rapport between the faculty and the students which you have shown practically.
2) Taking an extra effort to correct the tests written has really encouraged me to write the tests. Because, being a Chartered Accountant in practice and taking classes twice in a day if you were able to find time to correct our papers why can't a CA intern like me will not find time to write the test.
3) The classes taken for building up the basics before starting with the actual subject also helped a lot in understanding the subject in the manner it should be understood.

I conclude by thanking you for all the pain you have taken to make us learn a subject not only for the sake of examination but also for gaining knowledge in it. Personally if I had failed to reach your expectations any time during the classes or for any reason I am sorry for it. Thanking You.

Dear Sir, over the years I have seen people teaching law, but no one can ever break down the concept like you did. The best thing which I liked about you is that you explain the reason why that particular section has been made, which makes it even more interesting and easier to remember. The material you have prepared serves the best interest of everyone. Though everyone may not realize it right away. I have always wanted a Material which sticks to the exact point, and the questions you gave have gathered covered almost 90% of the possibilities. Your way of teaching makes the class more interesting, it gives us a way to participate and actually learn most of the concepts in the class itself. I can definitely say that your the best law faculty i have ever seen. Thank you Sir.

Sir, I am not a candidate to comment on your teaching skills that mean I don't deserve to comment on that because many people are there to comment on that. Sir at the end of the classes I felt some comfort on the subject. And apart from that I want to propose you sir "I LOVE YOU" for the human being you are and maintain the same, like your punctuality and your discipline and your social responsibility. We personally may not change the entire world but the change should be initiated by someone, let us initiate the change.

Dear Sir, the main thing I learn from your class is how to interpret law and how to give explanation on critical circumstances, not only this but also presentation part in exam. It's like combination of INTERPRETATION AND COMMUNICATION. Communication is more important than interpretation as per my experience and also "I received good Control over CORPORATE AND ECONOMIC LAWS". Till now I never heard such type of interpretation and explanations from any lecturer like you. Thank you sir.

Hi Sir. Glad that we had YOU as our law Faculty. The reason being, though everyone treats law as a theory subject where we need to butify all, you made our job easy by teaching conceptually by giving your CHINDI logics. I personally loved your values and the way you stick to them irrespective of anything. Keep continuing in the same manner. I wish you all the success in your teaching career.

I'd be very glad to you are teacher, mentor, and guide. Your contribution and dedication towards teaching is very inspiring, your teaching helps every type of student to understand concepts. Your notes, mock tests, discussion of presentation in exam, practice manual discussion after every topic, encouraging student's by accepting their flaws. There cant be a better person to teach this subject of CA final law paper. I would definitely recommend you for this paper, and thumbs up for your teaching. To sum it up on a scale of 1-10 I'd rate you 22.

Hello sir , greetings of the day. I liked the way you revise everyday and ask questions in between to make class lively and by giving chance to attend missed classes you have proved that classes are not for money and you want students gain of knowledge. It was exam oriented also, you gave me an idea of how to write in exam and I already attended you IPCC Law and SM, so I liked the way u teach that's why came back for final too. Thank you sir. Hope I will be able to make you proud.

Before these classes started, the one subject I was most scared of, was law, but now it's quite the opposite. You not only taught us the subject, but taught us the approach to go about it. And that brings confidence.

I thoroughly enjoy every single day of class and regret every day that I could not attend.
I remember us going back to office everyday morning and discussing things you taught and how class was and now everyone else at office knows they want to come to you for the subject too.

There were many new things I've seen in this class which I did not experience in the other classes. In the beginning it seemed different, but as days kept going, everything made sense. Every rule, every thing you insisted us to do, there was so much thought and efforts put into it. By the end of classes, those things became a part of us. I'm sure every one of us will ask permission subconsciously before we enter a room next time ; or if we are asked a question, we'll automatically stand to reply. And many more things. Thank you Sir for putting those efforts and teaching us such things which I'm sure will help us in life.

There were alot of things I really loved about the class, few of which I wanted to write to you about.

• You always took us back to basics. I did not realise, how much I did not know about little things. Whenever you asked a question relating to basics, I felt I had an idea about it. But I never got the exact point that you were looking for. But the students who studied with you earlier, knew the exact words you were looking for. That's the kind of clarity they have and that's because of the way you taught it. And I'm really glad, before going into the real world as a professional, I could experience such a class and have so much clarity about the subject.

• You made us understand every word we read. For example: before I would use prescribed and specified as synonyms, but now I understand the importance.
And when they say you need to write the language of law, now I understand what that means. Each word is there for a reason and you have taught us to respect it and understand why it is there.

• The way the book is arranged with the questions (points) at the end, it helps us think in what all ways we should be thinking about a provision. And tests our understanding.
After the book, if the practice manual is done, the questions seems so simple. And we realise how little the practice manual covers. And completing the practice manual in class really brings confidence, this is generally not done in the other classes.

• The notes you circulate on whatsapp are very handy. They help for quick reference and revision.

• The idea of glossary is brilliant. That really builds command in the subject. Thank you so much for giving us the outline sir. We know what we are looking for and it makes it easier to fill and build.

• Presentation for theoretical subjects was always a problem, you told us how to present our answers and made us practice week after week with tests and took time to even correct it. I really appreciate it.

• The interaction you had with every student in class and learnt all our names was really nice! I haven't seen this kind of involvement of lecturers with students in the other classes. You made all of us feel comfortable and when you made us talk on stage when we were late, I didn't realise you were making us work on our stage fear and the way we present ourselves. You never left a chance to improve us.

• Another thing I really liked was the WhatsApp group and the rules you made. You did not let it become like any other group and I'm sure it'll help us be connected even after classes and serve the purpose.

Thank you so much for every little effort you put in us Sir. You went beyond just a law lecturer and taught us how to approach any subject, how to be considerate and how to be a better person!

Sir, I can't say just thanks for your teaching, in fact I am glad to be part of your classes. The one thing which separates you from other faculty is your way of teaching by revising the previous day's topic by way of quick revision which helps anyone to get into the rhythm of continuity of subject. It would have been better had I revised regularly, I tried for it but it didn't happen sometimes but I am confident that once I go through your book I can recall the provisions taught by you. Surely going to miss your classes. I hope I'll come to you with my result in favorable manner. Thank you so much sir.

Gautam Jain Sir is one of the most ethical faculties we have currently, he has not only been a law tutor but taught us more about principles of life and ethics and values. His classes not only improved my knowledge in law multi fold, but also made me introspect about myself. The best point about Sir is that he strives really 100% to deliver subject to you. His way of teaching is unique which makes him a most loved law faculty. Usually faculties don't really bother about imparting knowledge with respect to allied laws. But sir has carefully handled all the allied laws and made it a point that we get a good grip over them too. During the first 2-3 classes itself, Sir managed to impress us with the kind of topics like basics of law types of courts and procedures etc. When we get such kind of inputs at final level, it feels extremely supportive for students are poor with the subject. Usually student's attend a trial class and then pay fees, but In my first 3-4 classes itself I felt happy to have paid full fees on first day itself for such a talented faculty. He managed to make us feel that he will do more than 100% justice to the fee taken. The kind of personal interaction sir creates makes it extremely comfortable to express our views and get queries resolved. Sir always kept telling during classes that our relation won't end when classes end and he is always going to be available to help us out. That's where he stood apart from other faculties. I felt really glad that I need not be hesitant to ask him for reference to join Dr Reddy's once i qualify CA since it's my dream company! Sir's frankness and honest approach has really managed to create a special affection towards him. He is seriously one of kind faculty. As he said he is not here to make money but genuinely have a good name and fame. He really stood by his words be in tests, PM coverage. Sir again proved me that whatever happens in life happens for a reason, like his interest in teaching costing and then shifting to SM and finally into Law. His punctuality levels and dedication level amuses me till date. Morning & Evening classes and CA practice etc, Such a hard worker! Lastly, I really liked your dressing sense! Probably your wife picks up nice shirts for you, Madam deserves the credits. Good Luck for your future batches.

The class timings were very sharp and started & ended as per schedule. I observed that almost 90% of the syllabus was revised minimum 3 times. There was interaction with students during topics and daily revision, soft copy of notes and mock tests. Before joining your class I didn't have interest in theory but you made it interesting. I also liked your communication and speedy response. I don't have any negative points in opinion. I like the way you teach & I referred my friends also and I will be ready to take coaching if you teach any other subject in final.

It was great to attend your class sir. I have never seen any lecturer to be so concerned about their student as much as I have seen in you. I know my sleeping thing made you upset but I really loved your class. I learned many things apart from the subject which is definitely gonna help me in my life. I promise I'll never let you down in my exam. I don't know is this a feedback or not but when I started writing for you sir I could not stop myself. Your blessing is all I need sir. I genuinely feel that you are the best faculty available for corporate & allied laws. The way of teaching, revising previous topics, being very punctual, sharing every notes of yours in the group and most importantly your motivation that you give, of course very often, all these are quite good and impressive for every student. I am very contended with your teaching and happy for being your student sir! I'll definitely ask my friends to join your classes. Thank you sir.
